What is an eligible cloud charge?
The final agreement defines the managed resources and treatment of discounts, credits, taxes, marketplace purchases, support charges, and exclusions. The calculator assumes the entire amount entered is eligible.
Who pays the cloud provider?
The customer maintains the provider account and pays the provider directly. OpenCentric charges separately for the agreed management scope.
Can I use my existing cloud account?
That is the intended model. Onboarding needs an account and permissions review before an existing environment can be connected. Cloud connection is not active in this development preview.
Is there a minimum fee or service commitment?
These are not finalized in this preview. Minimum charges, support hours, response targets, and termination terms must be confirmed in the service agreement.
