You own the cloud account and resources. Your cloud service provider (CSP) bills you directly. OpenCentric invoices agreed platform engineering and operational services separately.

Proposed commercial model. Final pricing, minimum commitments, service levels, and responsibilities require an approved order form. No purchase or activation occurs here.

Platform establishment

One-time, scoped proposal

Discovery, architecture, account isolation, Dev / UAT / Prod, infrastructure as code, state custody, CI/CD, security baselines, observability, and operational handover.

Fixed milestones and acceptance criteria agreed before work. Migration and inherited technical debt assessed separately.

02 / OPERATE

Managed operations

Monthly, by enrolled service

Platform Operations is the foundation. Add reliability, expanded vulnerability management, and compliance operations with explicit coverage and service boundaries.

For each service: the greater of its agreed minimum or its progressive fee on enrolled eligible spend.

03 / EVOLVE

OpenCentric Studio

Separately scoped work

Application development, integrations, migrations, AI and agent engineering, major upgrades, and specialist device or hardware work when you need additional expertise.

Deliverables, acceptance, and price approved in advance. Routine work already included in operations is not billed again.

Progressive monthly rates

The same rate schedule applies independently to each enrolled managed service. Each rate applies only to spend within its tier, not the entire bill.

Aggregate enrolled accounts under the agreement for each service. Tiers do not restart per tenant or application. Service enrollment can differ; uncovered resources are excluded from that service's fee base.

Each selected service uses progressive 5% / 3% / 1% tiers, subject to its agreed minimum. This illustration assumes the same eligible spend for each service. Minimums, establishment, Studio, taxes, and third-party charges are excluded. No services are activated.

Platform Operations

Progressive fee, subject to an agreed monthly minimum

Infrastructure, Terraform configuration and state custody, runtime and supported base-image maintenance, standard pipelines, configuration control, and cost reviews.

Includes baseline platform security and routine platform patching. Custom application development is not included.

24/7 Reliability Operations

Progressive fee, subject to an agreed monthly minimum

Continuous alert coverage, triage, on-call escalation, agreed runbook response, SLO reporting, and recovery coordination.

Coverage, response targets, runbooks, and included incident capacity are contracted. Resolution times are not guaranteed.

Managed Vulnerability Operations

Progressive fee, subject to an agreed monthly minimum

Expanded asset coverage, finding prioritization, remediation coordination, approved changes, and closure evidence.

Does not rebill included platform patching. Customer application fixes, major upgrades, and specialist remediation need explicit scope.

Compliance Operations

Progressive fee, subject to an agreed monthly minimum

Agreed control mapping, evidence collection, exception tracking, recurring control reviews, and assessment coordination.

Readiness is not certification or authorization. Independent assessors, audits, penetration tests, and legal advice are excluded.

Commercial clarity, before commitment

  • Eligible spendProposed basis: net amortized usage for enrolled resources after contracted discounts. Exclude taxes, provider support, marketplace licenses, unrelated resources, and OpenCentric fees. Credits, refunds, commitments, currency, and reconciliation rules are agreed in the order form.
  • Minimum commitmentsQuoted by coverage hours, service complexity, asset scope, response targets, tooling, and included engineering capacity. A $0 rate illustration does not mean free operations.
  • No overlapping chargesSupported platform and base-image maintenance are included in Platform Operations. Additional services extend coverage and operational responsibility; they do not rebill the same work.
  • Application managementCustomer application code, added dependencies, compatibility fixes, and data operations remain customer responsibilities unless delegated under a separately priced service scope.
  • Specialist environmentsEdge fleets, hardware, disconnected systems, AI agents, and regulated workloads may require per-asset or scoped supplements. Cloud consumption alone does not represent their operating effort.
  • Service levels and changesDefine support windows, severity and response targets, maintenance, included capacity, exceptions, escalation, and approved overage rates. Material scope changes require prior approval.
  • Compliance and authorizationReadiness support does not confer certification, an ATO, or regulatory approval. Assessment bodies and authorizing officials retain their decisions.

Marketplace products and publisher services

Product listing is free. The proposed marketplace commission is 10% of the publisher's monthly license price per billable active installation, deducted from that price. A $79 subscription illustrates a $7.90 marketplace fee and $71.10 in publisher proceeds before applicable deductions.

Hosting and runtime usage are separate. Publishers may request separately quoted vulnerability remediation, patching, supported-version maintenance, and reporting. Product licenses are not included in the eligible cloud-spend base; included platform maintenance is not billed twice.

Account registration, saved projects, live AI, repository integrations, approvals, cloud connections, provisioning, payments, and operational monitoring are not connected yet. Managed services require an agreed scope and onboarding.
