OpenCentric uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website and platform. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies we use, why we use them, and how you can manage your preferences.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device, remember your preferences, and collect information about how you use the site.
These cookies are strictly necessary for the platform to function. They cannot be disabled.
Examples: session authentication tokens, CSRF protection cookies, load balancer routing cookies.
Duration: session (cleared when you close your browser) or up to 30 days for 'remember me' tokens.
These cookies remember your preferences and settings to improve your experience.
Examples: preferred language, sidebar state, dashboard layout, active workspace view, template menu state, recently viewed sections, and billing notice visibility.
Duration: up to 12 months.
You can disable these, but some platform features may not work correctly.
We use PostHog to understand how users interact with the platform. Analytics data is anonymised and used only for product improvement.
Examples: page views, feature click tracking, workspace onboarding funnels, Fabric workflow builder usage, storage upgrade prompts, and docs navigation.
Duration: up to 12 months.
You can opt out of analytics tracking in your account settings or via the cookie consent banner.
Stripe (payments): Stripe sets cookies for fraud prevention and checkout continuity. These are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Connected services: providers such as Google, Microsoft, Slack, or other tools may set cookies during OAuth, sign-in, or embedded authorization flows. Those cookies are governed by the connected provider's policy.
We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. We do not share cookie data with advertising networks.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies.
You can update your cookie preferences at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.
Note: disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in and using the platform.
We will update this Cookie Policy when we change the cookies we use. Material changes will be communicated via a banner on the platform.
These product-aligned statements describe OpenCentric's current intended practices. They should be reviewed with counsel before relying on them as final legal terms for a production launch.
