This Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') describes what you may and may not do on the OpenCentric platform. It applies to all users and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Creating a baseline workspace, selecting industry templates, and configuring sections for legitimate business, education, operational, creative, professional, or technical work.
Publishing accurate personal profiles, business pages, Catalog listings, Community posts, jobs, services, products, subscriptions, bookings, and templates.
Using Coworker, Mesh Intelligence, Fabric, Data, CRM, Ledger, Storage, Hosting, and API & Integrations to operate your own workspace and authorized customer or team workflows.
Executing contracts, processing payments, managing transactions, and tracking delivery through the platform.
Accessing the API to build integrations with your own internal systems or authorized third-party tools.
False or misleading representations of your company, capabilities, pricing, or compliance status.
Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
Offensive, harassing, discriminatory, or defamatory content directed at any person or group.
Spam, unsolicited communications, or mass messaging to other platform users.
Attempting to access, probe, or test the security of any OpenCentric system without authorisation.
Scraping, crawling, or automated bulk extraction of platform data beyond normal API rate limits.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Services.
Introducing malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt the Services.
Creating Fabric workflows, webhooks, scripts, or cloud actions that intentionally cause infinite loops, denial of service, excessive retries, crypto mining, credential theft, spam, or unauthorized provisioning.
Using connected cloud accounts, email accounts, storage services, or collaboration tools without authorization from the account owner.
Using the platform to facilitate transactions involving illegal goods or services.
Misrepresenting your compliance posture, certifications, or team credentials.

Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of gaming match scores or review systems.
Promoting business offers in Community while directing checkout, subscriptions, bookings, or payments away from the required Catalog or OpenCentric transaction flow.
OpenCentric reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations of this AUP, at our sole discretion.
We will generally give notice and an opportunity to cure violations unless the violation poses immediate risk to the platform or other users.
To report a violation of this AUP, email trust@opencentric.ai with a description of the conduct and any supporting evidence. We review all reports and respond within three business days.
These product-aligned statements describe OpenCentric's current intended practices. They should be reviewed with counsel before relying on them as final legal terms for a production launch.
