ECS / Fargate and Kubernetes deployment scaffolding
Factory image subscriptions now ship with ECS task definition templates, IAM role scaffolding, Helm charts, RBAC manifests, NetworkPolicy templates, and OPA/Gatekeeper admission constraints. Two new image families added: ECS Fargate Base (AL2023) and K8s Hardened Base (1.30).
